These terms cover Yaantrix's services: the AI front desk, website building, and related work. By starting a plan or project with us, you agree to them. If anything's unclear, just ask before you sign up.

1. Services

Yaantrix provides an AI front desk (call handling, reminders, and cancellation re-fills) and website building (design, build, hosting, and maintenance), along with custom apps and secure web apps scoped per project. The specific deliverables for your account are whatever's listed on your chosen plan.

2. Plans & billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled.
• Website plans also carry a one-time setup fee, quoted to your specific project before any work starts.
• AI Front Desk plans include a set number of talk-time minutes; usage beyond that is billed at the per-minute overage rate shown on your plan.
• Annual billing, where offered, is charged for ten months in exchange for twelve.
• Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

3. Website changes & edit requests

Each website plan includes a set number of minor edit requests per month (Business: 2, Growth: 4; on Starter, edits are available on request and quoted). Here's how we classify a change.

Minor changes

Small updates within your existing site and current design. These count toward your monthly edit allowance:

• Text & content edits (copy, hours, prices, contact details)
• Swapping, adding, or removing images
• Updating links, social profiles, or your map location
• Publishing a new offer, event, or announcement on an existing page
• Minor style tweaks (colors, spacing) within the current design
• Adding a few items to an existing list, menu, or gallery

Major changes

Larger work that changes the scope, structure, or functionality of your site. These are quoted separately and are not counted as a minor edit:

• New pages, or new sections/blocks added to a page
• New features or functionality: online booking, e-commerce, payments, logins/member areas, or forms beyond the contact form
• Redesigns or significant layout/structure changes
• New third-party integrations (CRM, calendar, analytics beyond the standard setup)
• Logo or brand-identity design
• Copywriting or content created from scratch (beyond light edits)
• Anything requiring custom development

4. Hosting, SSL & content

Website plans include hosting and an SSL certificate for as long as your plan is active. You're responsible for the accuracy of the content and assets you provide, and you confirm you have the rights to use them.

5. Cancellation & ownership

Plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid aren't pro-rated. If you cancel a website plan, hosting and maintenance end with it. Ownership and transfer of a completed website can be arranged; ask us and we'll set it out for your project.

6. Guarantee & refunds

Where a money-back guarantee is offered on a plan, the terms shown with that plan apply. The one-time setup fee covers work already performed and is non-refundable once the build has started.

7. AI Front Desk & messaging

Reminders and cancellation offers are sent only to customers who have given consent, captured at booking and logged with a timestamp. Every message carries your business name and a one-tap opt-out, honored immediately. You're responsible for using the service in line with applicable laws. This page isn't legal advice.

8. The AI demo call on this website

The interactive demo on our site places a one-time automated AI call to the phone number you enter, so you can experience the product. It is for demonstration only. Before the call is placed you must tick the consent box, by which you confirm and agree that:

• The number you enter is your own, or you have the explicit permission of the person who controls it;
• You will use the demo only to receive a call for yourself, never to call, prank, market to, or sell to anyone else;
• You consent to receiving that automated call (which may use an artificial or pre-recorded voice), and standard carrier rates may apply.

Entering a number you are not authorised to use is a misuse of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaantrix is not responsible or liable for calls placed to numbers you were not authorised to enter, for any misuse of the demo by you, for carrier charges, or for any third-party claims arising from your use of it, and you agree to indemnify us against any such claims. This page isn't legal advice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
