Minor vs major changes
Your website plan includes a set number of minor edit requests each month, as set out in your quote. Here's how changes are classified.
Minor changes (included in your monthly allowance)
- Text and content edits: copy, hours, prices, contact details
- Swapping, adding or removing images
- Updating links, social profiles or your map location
- Publishing a new offer, event or announcement on an existing page
- Minor style tweaks, like colors and spacing, within the current design
- Adding a few items to an existing list, menu or gallery
Major changes (quoted separately)
- New pages, or new sections added to a page
- New features such as online booking, e-commerce, payments, logins or extra forms
- Redesigns or significant layout changes
- New third-party integrations
- Logo or brand-identity design, and copywriting from scratch
- Anything that needs custom development
Unused minor edits don't roll over, and major changes are always scoped, quoted and approved by you before work begins.

What counts as a minor change?
Small updates within your existing design: text and price changes, new or swapped images, updated links, a new offer on an existing page, or small color and spacing tweaks. New pages, features and redesigns are major changes and are quoted separately.
